Before I got into Personal Training, I did landscaping for four years, so I know what it’s like to be under the hot sun in peak summer for 16 hours a day. I’ve been training and coaching clients for over 5 years now and have loved every minute of it. When I first started, I trained college kids to build their physiques and have more confidence in themselves so they could perform better at school. As I acquired more experience, I began training Blue-Collar Business Owners and Contractors so they too could lose that extra bodyfat and have more energy for their family and business. In turn, this helps my client become better leaders in their family so they can have more energy to play with their kids and be a better husband
