The Gym Was Closed and I Felt Like Shit

When the gym was closed in Ontario, I didn’t feel like working out.

I felt burnt out.

I didn’t have any motivation.

I would look at myself in the mirror and say: “You’re better than this man; it’s time to get your ass back in gear.”

And that’s when I knew it was more important now than ever to stay active even without a gym.

I shut off the little bitch voice in my head and started skipping rope in -20 Celcius first thing in the morning.

I swung the kettlebell around to get a good sweat.

And after the workout was over?

I felt great.

My mood lifted, I had more focus on my business, and I felt high energy all around.

I’d look at myself in the mirror and see the sweat dripping down my forehead and the pump in my veins from a great workout.

Often we don’t need motivation; what we need is that fire under our ass to get back in gear.

And if you don’t have that fire under your ass, but want to have one, then DM me the word “PLAN,” and I’ll send over some more details.
